Rental terms:
Anzahlung von 50% des Gesamtmietbetrages; Begleichung des Restbetrages bei Ankunft des Gastes; of Deponierung von Kaution von Euro 500,00 bei Ankunft und Zurückerstattung derselben vor Abreise. Pre-payment of 50% of the total rental fees; payment of the remainder upon arrival; a security deposit of €500.00 upon arrival to be returned before departure.
